| The Absence Line system provides statistical reports at predefined intervals, usually on a monthly basis. These regular reports are completely configurable to suit each organisation's individual requirements and a final decision on what is to be included is not normally made until the system has been in operation for a number of months. | |||||

The reports can show the absence situation
for both the organisation as a whole, and for individual
departments. Whatever format has been chosen for an organisations periodical
reports, there will be occasions when different information is required.
If the extra information requested is available as a system standard report,
it will be forwarded electronically the same working day. Extraordinary
reports can also be produced from the system, typically within 48 hrs of
a request being made. An example of an extraordinary report would be in
depth analysis of the relationship between back and neck problems within
two departments. It is possible to develop customised versions of any report
to suit individual organisations requirements.
